Appointment & Class times:
Clinic at The Self Centre
Wednesday 9am - 5pm (I can offer alternatives if this is not a feasible day, please contact me )
Postnatal Strength Class
Every Wednesday 11.15am - 12.15pm at Revolution Fitness Academy (next door to The Self Centre – same address)
Parking:
Free parking is available outside The Self Centre and Revolution Fitness.
Buggies & Baby Change facilities:
Both The Self Centre and Revolution Fitness are fully accessible with a buggy, and the clinic room and classes are held on the ground floor. Baby change facilities are available in The Self Centre.
Payment:
Please pay online when you book, by BACS transfer or by cash if you’d prefer. You will be emailed an invoice following your appointment.
Cancellations:
It is understandable that sometimes things happen meaning you can’t attend your appointment, but please try to provide 24 hour notice for any cancellations. If cancellations are made with less notice, or you do not attend you appointment without giving notice, you may be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
